Driver data management and Driver compliance

You can now manage driver data, add compliance info for drivers and view/manage compliance status of the drivers. The driver module allows you to:

·  Add/Edit driver data, including compliance data.

· Add driver photo and documents.

·  View the drivers with compliance information and their compliance status.

·  Bulk upload driver data.

·  Bulk download of driver compliance data.

Below is a detailed description of the features: 

Add/Edit driver

In order to manage drivers data, a new option called as “Manage Drivers” has been introduced under the “Settings” tab. By clicking on this link, a new window would open up where you can manage and view drivers’ related information, as shown in the below image:

Following data is captured for each driver:

Mandatory data: Driver name, License number, Mobile number, Vendor, DoB

Optional data: Address, City, Alternate mobile number

Compliance data (optional): Driver license expiry date, Badge number, Badge expiry date, Alternate government ID type (Aadhar, PAN, Voter ID), Alternate government ID number, Background check status

Photo and documents (optional): Photo, Driver license copy, Badge copy, Alternate government ID copy, Background check proof copy.

Driver Compliance

The site admin is able to define alerts and compliance rules for the following fields:

• License expiry date
• Badge expiry date
• Background check status
• Age

Accordingly, each driver is tagged as Compliant, Approaching non-compliance, Non-compliant - which you will see on the compliance dashboard through appropriate colour codes.
