You can now easily manage compliance checks for your vehicles. You will be able to store and manage the following information for each vehicle:
- Registration Date
- Induction Date
- Registration Validity Date
- Insurance Expiry Date
- Road Tax Expiry Date
- Pollution Certificate Expiry Date
- Commercial Permit Expiry Date
- Fitness Date
The site admin is able to define alerts and compliance rules.
Accordingly, each vehicle will be tagged as Compliant, Approaching non-compliance, Non-compliant - which you can see on the compliance dashboard through appropriate colour codes.
Once the vehicle compliance information is updated, you can choose to receive warnings on ETS for non-compliant vehicles. These warnings are shown when a non-compliant cab is being allocated to a route.
Similarly during "copy cabs" operation, if a non-compliant cab is being copied, a warning will be shown:
