No more sending the pickup/drop SMS manually. MoveInSync now enables you to automate this. The delivery status is visible on the routing dashboard, where you can track the success rate and get a list of employees for whom the SMS was not sent. You can then simply download the report and send it through manual sms interface.
Configuration
You can define two thresholds for each shift. Threshold is calculated w.r.t. shift start (for login) or shift end (for logout). e.g. if the first threshold for login is configured as 2 hours 30 min, the first set of SMSes will be sent to all employees 2 hours and 30 minutes before shift start.
For second cutoff, SMSes are sent only to employees who had changes to pickup timing or allocated cab. Second cutoff can be disabled if not required.
It is recommended that for login shifts, first and second cutoffs are set keeping in mind the first pickup time, i.e. the employee should get this information well in advance.
Configurations can be done only by site admin.

If there are failures, the status turns into a link, clicking on which shows the summary of SMS delivery. For “failed” summary, clicking on the link downloads the SMS file in the format that can be directly uploaded through the manual SMS interface.
User can put comments and click “reviewed”, which will change the status to “success” on dashboard.
