Back to Back trips (Beta)
B2B - Introduction
A back to back trip definition is restricted to employee logout trip followed by employee login trip.
Marking Back-2-Back trips as and when these are generated and then allocating these to vendors - is a key cost saving proposition for transport team and for MIS in turn. There is significant latent cost saving potential in this regard. Wipro - who is one the more cost-conscious client currently operate at 4% B2B trips. With this feature in place, we are expecting to enhance B2B by 10%-12% (of course it is subjective to lot of external factors, like company policy, B2B parameters etc.)

No more sending the pickup/drop SMS manually. MoveInSync now enables you to automate this. The delivery status is visible on the routing dashboard, where you can track the success rate and get a list of employees for whom the SMS was not sent. You can then simply download the report and send it through manual sms interface.

Adhoc Scheduling Requests
There are instances where employee wants to schedule himself for a shift that has already passed shift cutoff. In the current scenario, this is not allowed, however, this is a frequent practical scenario. MoveInSync has released the adhoc request feature that allows employee and SPOC to place transport requests for shift trips even after the shift cutoff. When an adhoc request is raised, a notification is sent to the transport team. Below are more details on this feature.

Auto Sign-off: Multi-Office scenario
In case of multi-office scenario, it is possible to have auto-sign-offs in case of planned employee sign-ins. For ad-hoc employee sign-ins - i.e. those employees who sign-in on a cab where they were not planned for in the tripsheet, the device does not know which destination the employee is headed to and so cannot create a geofence around a location to automatically sign-off the employee.
The solution to this is to ask employees for their destination at the time of sign-in. However, with that employees are forced to make a selection every time they sign-in, whereas in vast majority of the cases, employees head to the same destinations every day and only sometimes need to change their destination.
